About the position
n
As a Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the future state of Residential Aged Care technology platforms across Bolton Clarke as part of the RAC Digital Blueprint on a 12-month fixed term full-time basis. Working closely with business, clinical, operations and technology stakeholders, you will lead options analysis and solution design activities for critical site-based platforms including Nursecall, Access Management, CCTV, mobile devices, unified communications and telephony. This role will support informed decision-making, fit‐for‐purpose architecture and practical technology outcomes that improve connectivity, safety, supportability and service delivery across our residential aged care homes.

The Solutions Architect is expected to design and support future state solutions covering:
n

Residential aged care technology platforms
n
Nursecall and site-based clinical response systems
n
Access Management and CCTV
n
Mobile devices and role-based device assignment
n
Unified Communications and telephony platforms
n
Device procurement, provisioning and MDM selection considerations
n
n
Key Activities
n
n
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Residential Aged Care technology platform initiatives
n
Develop options analysis and future state designs for Nursecall, Access Management, CCTV, mobile devices, unified communications and telephony platforms
n
Assess technology, commercial and operating model options, including device procurement models,
provisioning approaches and supportability considerations
n
Design end-to-end solutions across applications, integration, data, infrastructure, networks, security and site-based technology environments
n
Facilitate architecture reviews and technical decision forums aligned to enterprise standards, operational needs and site requirements
n
Provide architectural guidance across procurement, build, test, deployment and transition to operations
n

About you
n
n
Proven experience delivering solution architecture across complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives
n
Strong capability in options analysis, future state design, solution recommendation and design documentation
n
Experience designing or supporting site-based platforms such as Nursecall, access control, CCTV, mobility, communications or telephony solutions
n
Understanding of mobile device management, device provisioning, role-based device models and contemporary workplace technologies
n
Ability to engage and influence senior business, clinical, operational and technical stakeholders
n
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience; TOGAF or similar certification desirable
n
