n Melbourne's West | Full Time | Reports to Chief People Officer
n A major FMCG and manufacturing business in Melbourne's west is looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner.
n Running large-scale, 24/7 production and distribution sites, they need a hands-on HR leader, someone immersed on-site, close to Operations, Production, Quality, Safety and Supply Chain, not working from behind a desk.
n You'll advise senior leaders, manage complex employee and industrial relations matters, and drive change across a large frontline workforce. Strong, practical experience with EBAs, unions and enterprise bargaining is essential.
n What You'll Be Doing

Leading the People & Culture partnering function across multiple operational sites
n
Partnering with Operations on workforce planning, organisational design and succession
n
Providing hands-on leadership across employee and industrial relations, from grievances and investigations through to enterprise bargaining
n
Interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements and coaching leaders through complex IR matters
n
Driving employee engagement, culture and change initiatives across a large, unionised workforce
n
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, site leadership and operational managers
n




Leading strategic People & Culture projects tied to workforce capability and future readiness

What You'll Bring
n
n
5–10 years' HR experience, including significant time in a senior HR Business Partnering role
n
Strong background in manufacturing, FMCG, food production, logistics or another complex multi-site environment
n
Deep, hands-on experience across Employee and Industrial Relations, including Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation
n
Experience within unionised environments and supporting enterprise bargaining
n
A track record of partnering with senior leaders across large, frontline, 24/7 operations
n
Strong commercial judgement paired with genuine coaching and relationship-building skills
n
A tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related field (relevant certifications highly regarded)
n
