Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the business, including scheduling, inventory management, and employee training and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the water treatment industry.

Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business goals.

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
