As a Senior V&V; Engineer, you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for delivering robust verification outcomes across complex, integrated systems within a modern, digitally enabled engineering environment.

You'll play a key role in ensuring system performance, quality, and mission readiness by driving verification activities across the full engineering lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Own and contribute to V&V; artefacts including V&V; Plans, VCRM, and Acceptance Test Plans
n
Plan and execute system-level verification activities across complex integrated environments
n
Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through to verification evidence
n
Support system integration and incremental verification for AIR**** JABMS capability
n
Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Test & Evaluation, Quality, and program stakeholders
n
Contribute to continuous improvement of V&V; frameworks,
processes and tools
n
Develop a deep understanding of system architecture, operational capability, and mission requirements
n

What you'll bring
n
n
A degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
n
Significant experience in V&V;, Systems Engineering, Integration or Test & Evaluation
n
Strong experience developing and executing system-level verification strategies and plans
n
Experience working in complex, system-of-systems environments
n
Knowledge across Defence domains such as C2, Command Support or ISR
n
Experience with MBSE tools (e.g. DOORS, Rhapsody, ETM)
n
Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Active NV1 security clearance and ability to handle Export Controlled material
n
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice
