We're looking for hands‐on, reliable and physically fit Retail Merchandisers with a 'can do' attitude to join a growing team for Arlec, a leading Australian lighting and electrical brand, servicing iconic hardware stores across Sydney.
n
This role could suit someone currently working as a Retail Merchandiser, Visual Merchandiser, Retail Assistant, Sales Assistant, Field Sales Representative or Brand Representative, or someone with experience in hardware, homewares, lighting or electrical retail.
n

What Will You Be Doing?
n




You'll be responsible for making sure products and displays are looking their best across your allocated stores.
n
Your day‐to‐day work will include:
n
n
Keeping ARLEC products stocked, available and looking their best
n
Maintaining displays, planograms, POS and current product launches
n
Building relationships with store teams and identify opportunities to improve ARLEC's presence in‐store
n
Providing product support, completing store checks and reporting on market opportunities
n
Travelling between multiple stores within your allocated area
n
n
This Role Will Suit You If...
n
You're someone who takes pride in their work and likes to keep moving and get things done.
n
You'll need to be comfortable with a physical role involving:
n
n
Regularly using industrial steps and ladders
n
Bending, reaching and being on your feet
n
Lifting boxes of up to approximately *****kg
n
Using basic hand tools
n
Working independently and managing your own time
n
Starting work between 7:00am and 9:00am.
n
n
About you
n
Previous experience in retail merchandising, hardware, homewares, lighting or a similar environment would be highly regarded. Product knowledge is a bonus, but full training and support is provided.
n
You'll need a current driver licence and your own reliable vehicle.
n

NW Metro Sydney: Thornleigh, Seven Hills, Blacktown, Northmead
n
West Metro Sydney: Rydalmere, Gladesville, Artarmon, Lidcombe
n
NE Metro Sydney: Pymble, Frenchs Forest, Chatswood, Belrose
n
SW Metro Sydney: Campbelltown, Gregory Hills, Narellan, Hoxton Park
n

You'll be allocated one of these territories and will service multiple stores within your area.
