What You'll Do
n

Design Challenging Problems — Craft advanced mechanical engineering problems across domains like FEA (Finite Element Analysis), fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, kinematics, and material science to rigorously test AI reasoning
n
Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write detailed, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and evaluation
n
Audit AI Reasoning — Review AI-generated outputs including CAD logic, thermodynamic proofs, and material specifications for technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with standards like ASME and ISO
n
Refine Model Thinking — Identify logical errors in AI reasoning — such as incorrect force distributions or energy conservation violations — and deliver structured feedback that improves model performance

Who You Are
n
n




Advanced Degree — Master's (pursuing or completed) or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field
n
Domain Expert — Strong foundational knowledge in solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, CAD/CAM, manufacturing processes, or related core areas
n
Clear Technical Communicator — Able to explain complex physical phenomena and mathematical reasoning in precise, well-structured written form
n
Detail-Oriented — High precision when reviewing mathematical derivations, unit conversions, and physical system constraints
n
No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed
n

Nice to Have

Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
n
Proficiency with engineering software such as SolidWorks, MATLAB, or ANSYS

Familiarity with reviewing or debugging AI-generated technical workflows
