Are you a recent Civil or Structural Engineering graduate who enjoys being on-site, solving problems, and seeing projects come to life? We're seeking a motivated Graduate Remedial Engineer to join our Brisbane team and develop their career in remedial and asset rehabilitation projects.

About The Role
n
This is a hands-on, site-based position where you'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, contractors, and clients to support the delivery of remedial construction projects across commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure assets.
n
You'll gain valuable exposure to concrete repairs, structural remediation, waterproofing, protective coatings, façade repairs, and asset maintenance projects while building practical project delivery and site management skills.

Key Responsibilities
n

Assist with the delivery of remedial projects in office from commencement through to completion.
n
Conduct site inspections and condition assessments.
n
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities.
n
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
n




Assist with cost tracking, procurement, and scheduling activities.
n
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
n
Support project managers in the successful execution of remedial works.
n

About You
n
n
Recently completed a degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering.
n
Strong interest in construction, remediation, and project delivery.
n
Enjoy working in a hands-on site environment.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.ĺ
n
Ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams.
n
Current Australian driver's licence or willingness to obtain one.
