Nido Delacombe is seeking an Executive Service Manager (Centre Director) to lead our childcare centre with a focus on delivering high-quality early education and solid family connections in Townsville. You'll mentor educators, manage rostering, budgeting, and compliance, and build trusted partnerships with families and the community.

You'll bring a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised), at least 2 years of leadership experience, and knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
