Royal Freemasons is seeking compassionate and dedicated Casual Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Centennial Lodge.
n
As a Casual PCA, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing while enjoying the flexibility of casual employment. Working within a supportive and professional team, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
n
Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
n
Complete accurate care documentation and clinical records.
n
Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
n
Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing, incidents, and hazards.
n
Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, OH&S;, and infection control
n
practices.




n
Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes.
n
Participate in mandatory training and continuous quality improvement activities.
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
n
Experience in aged care or health services (preferred).
n
A compassionate, patient, and residentfocused approach.
n
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
n
Understanding of personcentred care and dignity of risk.
n
Ability to work both morning and afternoon shifts .
n

Key Requirements

Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
n
Covid19 vaccination (three doses) and annual Flu Vaccine encouraged.
