Key Responsibilities

Business Generation: Drive new residential lending deals through self-sourced networks, industry events, and professional referral partnerships (accountants, solicitors, and advisors).

Portfolio Management: Leverage access to existing customer databases alongside fresh referral pipelines.

Territory Coverage: Manage state-wide client relationships with full geographic flexibility - no restrictive suburb boundaries.

Multi-Brand Lending: Offer tailored solutions across a broad portfolio of established retail banking brands.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record as an experienced Home Lender, Mobile Banker, or Mortgage/Finance Broker.

Strong networking capabilities and confidence in self-sourcing residential loan pipeline.

Comprehensive knowledge of credit assessment, loan structuring, and regulatory requirements.

Autonomous self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
