The Hawthorn Football Club is seeking an Operations Lead for Membership and Ticketing to manage end-to-end membership fulfillment, renewals campaigns and ticketing programs for AFL and AFLW fixtures, ensuring a seamless fan experience. You will lead a team, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, optimise CRM workflows and data processes, and deliver consistently excellent service within budget.
