Aurenne Group Mining is seeking a qualified Trainer & Assessor to join our Mine Production team at Mt Ida. You will deliver training, conduct VOC assessments, and coach operators across mobile plant and related equipment.

Reporting to the Mine Production Superintendent, you will develop workforce capability, maintain compliance, and improve training systems while collaborating with operational leaders for protected and efficient performance.
