Job Description
We're seeking a highly analytical Finance Analyst to join a growing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large data sets, performing complex reconciliations, identifying trends and improving reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform reconciliations and consolidations across multiple data sources
n
Analyse financial and operational data to identify insights and trends
n
Support month end and management reporting
n
Investigate data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy
n
Develop reporting models, dashboards and analytical tools
n
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
n
Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
n
n
About You
n
n
2 to 5 years' experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, Reporting or a similar role
n
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and Power Query
n




Strong experience working with large and complex data sets
n
Excellent reconciliation, consolidation and problem solving skills
n
High attention to detail and analytical capability
n
Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
n
Insurance experience would be highly regarded, however we are equally interested in candidates from banking, wealth management, funds management and broader financial services environments.
