Oncall Language Services in Melbourne seeks a Customer Service Officer to join the South Melbourne team on an ongoing basis with flexible full-time or part-time options. You will respond to inbound calls, capture requirements, and guide clients through our language service solutions.

You'll own client outcomes, build rapport with customers and our labor-hire workforce, and contribute to a positive team culture while meeting targets in a Monday–Friday, in office role.
