A major Federal Government department is seeking experienced Vlocity Developers / Senior Salesforce Developers to join a highly skilled, multidisciplinary delivery team. You'll play a key role in a large-scale digital transformation program, designing and delivering secure, scalable Salesforce solutions within a fast-paced Agile environment. The role is available Australia-wide, offering hybrid working arrangements on an initial 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option.

The successful Vlocity Developer / Senior Salesforce Developers will be responsible for, but not limited to:
n
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Vlocity solutions using Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards, and DataRaptors.
n
Ensure high-quality, reusable, and performant code through design reviews and adherence to coding standards.
n
Support end-to-end deployment across environments, including Production, and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
n
Collaborate in agile scrum teams, participating in daily stand-ups and iterative delivery cycles.
n




Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing to build technical capability across the team.

The successful Vlocity Developers / Senior Salesforce Developers will have experience in the following:
n
Proven, extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity (Omnistudio), Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced integration tools such as REST APIs and Platform Events.
n
Certified in Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and Omnistudio Developer, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
n
Proficient in source control tools (e.g., GitLab), package-based development, and agile delivery methodologies.
n
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices including CI/CD and test automation.
n
Proven track record of delivering multiple Salesforce CRM projects, with a passion for accessible and inclusive design.
