We're seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join an established project management consultancy, working across exciting property, construction and development projects.
n
Be part of the team managing end-to-end delivery of varied development projects valued at $0.5M to $30M and enjoy all that country life has to offer, with work commutes in town anywhere from 2 to 15 minutes.

The Role:
n
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers while gaining hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle.
n
Working closely with experienced Project Managers, you will assist with:
n
n
Project planning, coordination and delivery
n
Preparing and managing project budgets and cost estimates
n
Monitoring project expenditure and timelines
n
Project reporting, documentation and correspondence
n
Consultant and contractor coordination
n
Procurement and tender processes
n
Client and stakeholder communication
n
Construction and project delivery activities
n
Identifying project risks, issues and opportunities
n
Supporting quality, safety and environmental objectives
n
n
The role provides structured guidance and the opportunity to progressively take ownership of projects.
n
About You:
n
We're looking for a driven, organised and commercially minded graduate who is genuinely interested in building a career in project management.
n
n
Formal tertiary qualifications in an engineering (civil preferred) or relevant field.
n
Demonstratable
experience/knowledge
in the civil construction industry (1+ years) and/or
n
Experience liaising with government authorities and agencies preferred, including an understanding of regulatory approvals.
n
Genuine passion to pursue a client-side career with a proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders to create project-specific teams.
n
Understanding of quality systems and ability to work within the business's policies and procedures.
n
A working knowledge of project management principles and the property development lifecycle.
n
Ability to work autonomously to deliver the best outcome possible for clients.
n
Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, Teams, MS Project and Outlook.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
n
Must possess a current driver's license.
