Events Sales Representative - Sydney ***** per hour + super + uncapped commission (OTE **** weekly!!)

Want a sales role where your income isn't capped? Autra Batteries Australia is growing fast, and we're looking for confident, motivated salespeople to join our Events team across Sydney.

You'll be working at shopping centre stalls, speaking with homeowners and booking qualified customers in for free solar and battery assessments. You're not expected to close the full sale on the spot - your role is to start the conversation, build interest and book the appointment for our specialist team. But you will unlock a new commission scheme if you closed a deal on the spot. If you're competitive, good with people and motivated by commission, this is a great opportunity to earn well while building your sales career.

What you'll be doing:

Working at solar stalls in busy shopping centres

Approaching and engaging homeowners
n
Starting conversations around solar, batteries and reducing energy bills
n
Qualifying customers and booking solar assessments
n
Working towards daily and weekly targets
n
Representing a fast-growing solar and battery company
