About the Role
n
Working as part of a collaborative clinical team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, supporting both acute presentations and ongoing health needs.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and developing appropriate care plans
n
Providing evidence-based primary healthcare and nursing interventions
n
Administering medications and treatments
n
Monitoring and managing acute and chronic health conditions
n
Responding to urgent and emergency clinical presentations
n
Supporting health promotion, preventative healthcare and patient education
n
Working closely with GPs, Nurse Practitioners, allied health professionals and other members of the multidisciplinary team
n
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
n
Contributing to a safe, secure and therapeutic healthcare environment
n
Supporting a broader continuity-of-care approach for patients
n
n

What We're Looking For
n
We're interested in hearing from Registered Nurses who bring strong clinical skills, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to patient care.

To be considered, you will have:
n
n
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
n
Relevant nursing experience in areas such as acute care, emergency, mental health, aged care, primary healthcare or
correctional/forensic
health
n
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
n
The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team
n
Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
n
The ability to work professionally within a secure and structured environment
n
Current immunisation status in line with role requirements
n
n
Previous correctional or forensic healthcare experience is highly regarded, but is not essential.
n
Nurses from a range of clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
