Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and forward‐thinking Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with 7–10 years of hands‐on engineering experience across AEM as a Cloud Service, Edge Delivery Services (EDS), and legacy AEM Sites. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to lead complex integrations—particularly AEM + Adobe Commerce (Magento) or equivalent enterprise commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working across backend OSGi development, front-end component engineering, cloud-native DevOps, and modern EDS document-based authoring. Experience using AI productivity tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate delivery is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
n
AEM & EDS Development
n
n
Architect, design, and develop scalable AEM solutions using AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
n
Build and manage content experiences using Edge Delivery Services (EDS) with document-based authoring (Google Docs / SharePoint + Helix/Franklin pipeline)
n
Modernize and refactor legacy AEM 6.x implementations (Classic UI, Touch UI, CRX/DE)
n
Develop custom OSGi bundles, Sling Models, Servlets, Filters, and backend Java services
n
Build responsive, accessible front-end components using HTL, JavaScript, CSS, React/Vue (for EDS blocks)
n

Commerce Integration (Mandatory)
n
n
Lead and implement AEM–Adobe Commerce (Magento) integrations using CIF, GraphQL, REST APIs, or custom middleware
n
Work with product catalogs, PDP/PLP experiences, cart/checkout flows, and commerce-driven content
n
Integrate AEM with Magento or equivalent enterprise commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce)
n
Troubleshoot and optimize end-to-end commerce content delivery, caching, and performance
n
Collaborate with commerce architects, backend teams, and Adobe/third‐party vendors to ensure seamless integration
n

Work with Adobe Analytics, Target, AEP, Launch (Data Collection), and identity services
n
Implement and manage Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, MSM, and headless content delivery
n
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager

Collaboration & Leadership

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation
n
Mentor junior developers and guide best practices across AEM, EDS, and commerce integration
n
Work closely with UX/UI, content authors, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences
n
Actively use AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, and content workflows
