We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Tallawong (78-place centre).Guided by our values of Individual Care, Quality Education, and Genuine Love, our purpose-built centres provide engaging learning environments where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and develop confidence through meaningful play-based learning. As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging,

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs

Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Observe and document children's learning and development
n
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre

Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
n
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
Current Child Protection
training/certificate
n
Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
A genuine passion for early childhood education
n
Preferably 2+ years' experience working in an early childhood education and care setting; student placement experience alone will not meet the preferred experience criteria
n
n
