We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Clinical Advisory & Translation to lead our Care Innovation Team and drive the translation of evidence into practice across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Research, this role will provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical advisory, practice improvement and implementation initiatives that support safe, high-quality and person-centred care.
Key responsibilities
Lead the Care Innovation Team, providing direction, coaching and capability development
Oversee the delivery of expert clinical advice across the organisation
Translate research and evidence into practical improvements in care, policy and service delivery
Support the design, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based models of care
Drive continuous improvement, innovation and quality initiatives across services
Monitor the uptake and impact of clinical improvement programs and implementation activities
Build strong partnerships with clinical, operational, executive and research stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor, influencing clinical practice and organisational outcomes
Contribute to strategic priorities that support safe, high-quality and person-centred care
About you
You are a credible and collaborative clinical leader who enjoys working across research, practice and service delivery environments.
You can influence stakeholders, translate complex information into practical action and drive meaningful improvements in care outcomes.
You will bring
Senior leadership experience within healthcare, aged care or a related clinical environment
Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and complex improvement initiatives
Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, collaboration and influencing outcomes
Experience translating research, evidence or clinical insights into operational practice
Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement and healthcare systems
Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex information to diverse audiences
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and implementation
Relevant tertiary qualification in nursing, allied health or another health-related discipline
Experience in aged care, community care, implementation science or healthcare improvement will be highly regarded
