Take charge and be the main point of contact for a National outlet known for delivering high-end spec suite and workplace
fitout/refurbishment
projects throughout Melbourne CBD and surrounds up to $10M.

RESPONSIBILTIIES:

Ensure project is adhering program and is being delivered within time frame, within budget to the quality
n
Create and drive project scope
n
Communicate and delegate responsibilities to relevant personnel
n
Provide feedback and mentor junior staff
n
Be the main point of contact for relevant stakeholders and resolve any disputes that may arise
n




Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
n
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
n
n
3+ years of Project Manager experience for a
Fitout/Refurbishment
contractor delivering projects up to $5M+
n
D&C; experience and knowledge
n
Procore software experience is essential
n
Previous experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
n
n
