The role covers first and second line support, remote troubleshooting, triage and escalation, delivering a seamless technology experience for users across in office and remote environments.
You will administer Microsoft 365, support Intune-driven devices, manage Entra ID/Azure AD and contribute to continuous improvement while engaging with enterprise customers from the CBS ANZ team.
