KeyDuties
Review and assess students atthe beginning of each program
Provide a flexible program thatcaters for individual students
Deliver learning programsthatdemonstratearesearch basedknowledge ofhow students learn
Evaluate personal teaching andlearning programs including feedback from students andassessment data to inform planning
Modelhighexpectationsto enable a safe and supportive classroomculture
Provide reports within schoolstandards and timelines
Activelyparticipatein professionaldevelopment activities
Embrace a culture ofcollaboration to enhance studentlearning

Skills andExperience
Experience teaching VCEAccounting Units 1-2 is essential.
Versatility to teach anotherVCE commerce subject and middle school commerce will be anadvantage.
Ability to connect positivelywith students and show genuine care for theirlearning
Demonstratedcommitmenttoongoingprofessionaldevelopment
Hold a current VIT registrationand relevant teachingqualifications
