About the Role
You will support the Cafe Manager to run daily service at our busy Camberwell cafe.
Lead from the floor, coach the team, meet service standards and help grow sales through great customer experiences.

About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, loves leading a team to excellence and thrives in a busy setting.

Responsibilities




Lead the team through busy service periods
Drive upselling and sales
Coach baristas and cafe team members on service standards
Manage service flow and resolve customer issues
Support stock ordering, waste and roster planning
Open and close the cafe
Skills and Experience
Hospo experience is a must!
Cafe or retail supervisor experience - ready for a step up
Customer first leadership and coaching capability
Strong barista knowledge
Calm, confident and solutions focused under pressure
Flexible availability, including weekends and some public holidays
Fun, dynamic work environment
