Provide safe and cost-effective procurement services supporting a sustainable mining operation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records within ERP systems such as SAP.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify purchasing requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
Convert purchase requisitions.
Update purchase orders.
Expedite overdue orders.
Reconcile invoices.
Liaise with suppliers.
Support end users.
Report directly to the Procurement Coordinator.
Requirements
Certificate III/IV in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2+ years' experience in a purchasing, supply chain, or procurement role, ideally in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Ability to clarify purchasing requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
Ability to operate within a agile environment.
