Barwon Health is seeking a Spiritual Care Practitioner to lead the provision of spiritual care across our residential aged care facilities. Reporting to the Director of Psychology within Allied Health, the practitioner manages and delivers spiritual care to residents, families, and staff in partnership with the University Hospital Geelong Spiritual Care team.
