What you'll do
n

Coordinate and support incident, injury management and workplace safety processes across the organisation.
n
Maintain accurate records, data integrity and reporting within health, safety and injury management systems.
n
Assist leaders and specialists with incident triage, investigations, compliance activities and follow‐up actions.
n
Deliver high‐quality administrative support, reporting, training coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

Administrative experience in a fast‐paced environment where accuracy and organisation are critical.
n
The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
n
Confidence learning and navigating multiple systems and databases.

A genuine interest in workplace health, safety and employee wellbeing.
n
