Join Bolton Clarke's Home Care team, working across Melbourne's inner West, where you'll work 1:1 with older clients in their own homes—supporting mobility, confidence, independence, and wellbeing. You'll enjoy genuine flexibility, and the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team.

This is a full-time 6-month role covering Maternity leave however we are happy to consider candidates looking for part time (3 or 4 days per week)
n
As a valued Physiotherapist at Bolton Clarke, you will:
n
n
Deliver in‐home physiotherapy to support mobility, strength, balance and pain management
n
Conduct functional assessments and create tailored care plans aligned to individual goals
n
Provide falls prevention, education and strength‐based interventions
n
Work collaboratively with community teams, families, and key stakeholders
n
Apply a holistic, wellness‐focused approach to support healthy ageing and independence
n

We would love to hear from you if you have:
n
n
Current AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist
n
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
n
Prior community or aged‐care experience highly regarded
n




Strong clinical judgement and ability to deliver quality person‐centred care
n
Valid Police Check (within 3 years)
n
QLD Driver Licence + reliable vehicle (if not using fleet car)
n
n
