We are seeking a highly organised EDO Planner to join the team based in Moorebank.
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
A background in Freight Forwarding
n
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
n
Strong industry knowledge
n
Exceptional attention to detail
n
n
This role incorporates an AI-driven workflow, requiring you to register jobs in our management systems, review and action exceptions identified by the AI agent, and ensure accurate processing of operational tasks.
n
You will also be responsible for:
n
n
Monitoring and managing an inbox of approximately 600 emails per day
n
Filtering and prioritising incoming correspondence
n
Responding to customer enquiries
n
Chasing and obtaining accurate information from stakeholders
n
n
