Due to continued growth, we're looking for a high-performing white collar Senior Recruitment Consultant to help drive the expansion of our Melbourne business.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who wants ownership of their desk, access to strong clients, and the ability to maximise their billings in a supportive but ambitious environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

Managing end-to-end recruitment across contract and permanent roles
n
Building and strengthening long-term client partnerships
n
Identifying and converting new business opportunities
n
Providing market insights and strategic hiring advice to clients
n
Supporting and mentoring junior consultants
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant
n
Track record of consistent billings and successful placements
n
Robust business development and relationship-building ability
n
Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors is highly regarded
n
Ambitious, commercially driven, and motivated by performance and results
