The prospect
n
You will lead the migration of the client's automation and network monitoring tooling to a modern enterprise platform. The stream runs end to end: requirements validation, solution design, migration execution, test input and training delivery to the client's operations team.
n
This is lead-level work on a program with genuine scale and a long runway. It will suit a practitioner who has taken a mainframe toolset through a real conversion before and can carry both the technical design and the client conversation.

What you will do
n

Validate technical requirements for the automation and monitoring workstream with the client and the delivery team.
n
Design and build the migration and deployment approach for each in-scope tool.
n
Execute the migration and deployment.
n
Support test planning and execution.
n
Train client operations staff on the new tooling.
n
n




What you will bring
n
n
Demonstrated experience with CA/Broadcom NetView, Ops/MVS, Netmaster and SYSVIEW, or equivalent enterprise mainframe automation and monitoring tools.
n
Senior or lead-level z/OS systems programming or automation background.
n
A track record leading a tool migration or platform conversion, not just steady-state administration.
n
Current NV1 (or above) security clearance and Australian citizenship.
n

Well Regarded
n

Prior experience migrating between major mainframe tooling vendors.
n
CICS and MQ performance monitoring exposure.
n
