Our client is one of Australia's leading real estate law practices. They are committed to legal excellence as a full-service commercial law firm and are recruiting a Lawyer/Associate to join their team-oriented property team.

About the role
n
We are actively seeking a 2+ years PAE lawyer/associate, with expertise in real estate law to join a well-regarded property team based in Sydney.
n
In this role, you will work closely with 3 experienced, highly reputable Partners, gaining exposure to a diverse mix of transactional, advisory, and project-based work.
n
Additionally, key responsibilities include:
n
n
assist with drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation while supporting complex transactions and significant client matters
n
conduct legal research, prepare practical advice and liaise with clients,



counterparties and other key stakeholders
n
manage competing priorities across a variety of matters while developing strong technical, commercial and client relationship skills
n
n
About you
n
You will have 2+ years' PAE, with experience with a mid to top tier law firm and a background in transactional property-related matters.
n
Additionally, you will have:
n
n
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
n
Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and colleagues
n
Demonstrated knowledge about your client's industries
n
Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent time management skills. '
