Ivory Group is assisting a Local Government body on the Lower North Shore in Sydney to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner.
This hands-on advisory role focuses on complex employee and industrial relations matters, partnering with managers and stakeholders.
You will interpret Awards and legislation, provide practical HR advice, support investigations, and liaise with unions when required.
Initial 6-month contract, 35-hour week, with up to 2 days WFH and super.
