As a
Senior Business Analyst
, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to enhance financial crime and compliance outcomes across various initiative streams, ensuring compliance with financial crime regulations.
You will be responsible for gathering and analysing requirements, supporting system enhancements, and driving process improvements to strengthen the bank's financial crime detection and prevention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & System Analysis – Gather, document, and analyse business and functional requirements for transaction monitoring solutions
Transaction Monitoring Expertise – Work with compliance, risk, and technology teams to enhance transaction monitoring processes and controls
Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with business, technology, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with financial crime regulations
Data & Systems Experience – Work with transaction monitoring platforms,



ensuring optimal system performance and identifying areas for improvement
Process Improvement – Drive efficiencies in financial crime detection and prevention through automation and system enhancements
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst in financial services
Expertise in Transaction Monitoring and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) systems
Solid understanding of Financial Crime Compliance and regulatory requirements
Experience working with transaction monitoring platforms and related data analysis
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven workplace
