Manageperformance,grievanceanddisciplinarymatters
Conductandsupportworkplaceinvestigations
MaintaincompliantHRpoliciesandprocedures
MonitorworkforceinformationandHRmetrics
Supportremunerationandworkforcereviews
Coordinateinjurymanagementandreturn-to-workrequirements

Senior-levelHRmanagementexperience
Demonstratedabilitytodeliverpracticalpeoplesolutions
RelevantHR,Business,IndustrialRelationsorrelatedqualificationpreferred
Experienceinanoperationalindustrysuchasconstruction,miningorengineering
StrongunderstandingofAustralianworkplacelegislation
