Key Responsibilities Lead workshops, interviews and consultations to capture complex business requirements Analyse and optimise business processes using BPMN, process flows and proven BA techniques Collaborate with architects, technical teams, SMEs and senior stakeholders to shape effective solutions Assess business and IT risks, with a solid focus on governance, information security and quality Guide other Business Analysts and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team Highly desirable criteria Strong experience with business requirements, BPMN, process optimisation and stakeholder workshops Background in IT risk, governance, ISMS and quality assurance Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery and the end-to-end SDLC Government, intelligence, regulatory, justice, law enforcement or other highly governed environment experience Experience with digital transformation, analytics, reporting,
