Business Development Manager Richlands, QLD | $80,000 - $110,000 + Super $14,500 Car Allowance + Fuel Card + eTag + Commission ($16K+ OTE) The Company A global provider of industrial packaging, strapping, wrapping and load securement solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to support continued growth across Queensland.
The business supplies manufacturers, logistics providers, warehouses and distribution operations with equipment and packaging solutions that improve efficiency, product protection and supply chain performance.
The Position This field-based sales role is focused on developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer relationships throughout Queensland.
You will work closely with customers across manufacturing, logistics and industrial sectors, identifying opportunities to improve packaging processes and delivering tailored solutions to meet operational requirements.
This is a consultative sales position that combines account management, business development and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities across Queensland Manage and grow existing customer relationships Conduct customer meetings and site visits to identify opportunities Present packaging and load securement solutions to customers Maintain strong customer service and account management standards Utilise CRM and digital tools to manage sales activity and pipeline development Prepare proposals, quotations and solution recommendations Drive revenue growth through both new and existing accounts About You You may currently be working in sales, account management or business development within industrial products, logistics, packaging, manufacturing or a related sector.
You enjoy being in front of customers, identifying opportunities and building long-term commercial relationships.
