Annual Salary ranges from $73,****** to $79,****** (basedon experience) + 12% super

We are seeking
VET Trainers
for our Victoriansites, to deliver training and assessment compliant with theVocational Training Framework, across our Education Hubs.
Thepositions will teach Certificate III in Individual Support.
To be considered for these positions, you will be ableto demonstrate the following key selection criteria:
Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****or TAE*****)
Relevant vocational qualification in Individual Support;and current industry skills and experience
Willingness to travel to AMES Australia sites asrequired
Valid current Drivers' Licence for Victoria, ispreferred
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of training andassessment of nationally accredited Industry Training Packages,including requisite documentation and compliance
Demonstrated extensive and current experience of working inbusiness
Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant industry, includingWH&S; codes,



industry practice, labour market trends andopportunities
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills,including the ability to deliver practical and innovativetraining to suit the adult learning profiles of CALDparticipants
Relevant industry contacts highly desirable
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team,including overseeing the operations of small work groups
Self-motivated with well-developed time management,organisational and problem solving skills
Demonstrated positive values of integrity, reliability andprofessionalism consistent with AMES Australia's vision
Where an incumbent, at any time during their employment atAMES Australia, is engaged in child-related services as definedby the Working with Children Act **** (as amended from time totime), it is a mandatory requirement for that incumbent to haveand maintain a current Working With Children Check (foremployment purposes) before commencing in child-related workfor the duration of the engagement
