Key Responsibilities
Measure, track, and report on business value and commercial outcomes across key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Need
Degree qualification in Commerce, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline.
5+ years' experience working in analytics, insights, commercial performance, strategy, or business analysis roles.
Demonstrated experience delivering commercial insights and performance analysis in complex business environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
Advanced Excel skills, including modelling and analysis.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation platforms.
Experience working within cross-functional teams and stakeholder environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making through data.
Desirable Skills
Experience developing business cases, forecasting models, and ROI assessments.
Telecommunications, marketing, customer lifecycle, retention, or customer analytics experience.
Knowledge of value realisation, perks tracking, or portfolio management frameworks.
Experience with customer value management, decisioning platforms, or personalisation programs.
Exposure to platforms such as

or similar customer decisioning solutions.
