We opened in Wagga Wagga last year, and we are now looking for the right person to help grow our local presence and become a trusted DMB contact in the business community.
About the Role
The first DMB role based in Wagga.
This is the first DMB role based in Wagga, which makes it an important one.
As Client Experience Specialist, you will help grow DMB's presence in Wagga by building relationships with local businesses, following up with workshop attendees and interested businesses, and supporting the clients who come on board.
You will guide Wagga clients through onboarding, keep communication clear, explain results in plain English, and make sure they feel looked after from the very beginning.
You will be supported by Bee and the Albury team, so clients have both a local contact and the backing of the wider DMB team.
You will not be expected to know everything on day one.
You will be trained closely by Bee and the Albury team before supporting clients independently.
What matters most is that you are connected in Wagga, good with people, organised, commercially minded, and able to explain complex ideas without making them feel complicated.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Represent DMB in the Wagga business community
Attend local workshops, networking events, and business conversations




Follow up with prospective clients after workshops and enquiries
Have practical, direct conversations with business owners about their goals
Help identify whether DMB is the right fit for a potential client
Onboard new clients and make sure they know exactly what happens next
Act as the local point of contact for Wagga clients, with support from Bee and the Albury team
Explain websites, marketing, AI workflows, and campaign results in clear, simple language
Build long-term relationships that lead to retention, referrals, and trust
Work closely with the Albury team to coordinate delivery and client support
Share insights from the Wagga market so we can keep improving how we show up locally
What We're Looking For
Someone already connected in Wagga.
We are looking for someone who is already connected in Wagga and understands how business relationships work in a regional community.
You might not come from a marketing agency background, and that is okay.
This role could suit someone with experience in client service, community engagement, skilled services, events, partnerships, education, training, hospitality leadership, or local business networks.
You will be a strong fit if you:
Know the Wagga business community and enjoy being part of it
Are confident having honest, practical conversations with business owners
Care about doing the right thing by clients
Follow up properly and do what you say you will do
Are organised enough to manage multiple conversations without things sliding




Can explain complex ideas clearly without jargon
Are commercially aware and comfortable talking about business goals
Are curious and willing to learn about websites, digital marketing, and AI
Like the idea of helping grow DMB's presence in Wagga
You will be a strong fit if you:
Previous agency experience
A technical AI background
Experience leading a large team
To already know every part of digital marketing
We can teach the marketing, AI, and agency side.
We cannot teach local credibility, strong follow-up, care for clients, or the ability to build trust.
Training and Support
You will be trained across:
Client onboarding and communication
Workshop follow-up and lead conversations
Proposal development and presentation
How to understand and explain website, marketing, and campaign results
The AI Agent Bee side of the business
How to identify opportunities to educate, implement, and build for clients without being pushy
Training will happen directly with Bee and the Albury team.
This is hands-on support, not a video course.
You will spend some time in Albury during the early stage of the role, and the team will also be in Wagga once a week.
You will work alongside the people already delivering this work until you feel confident doing it yourself.
