Birdon is seeking a Fitter Leading Hand to join our Port Macquarie yard.
You will lead tradespeople on Birdon Marine projects, ensuring tasks are completed safely, to high quality, and in line with technical standards.
This role offers a 4-day work week, diverse builds and refits, and a coastal NSW location between Sydney and Brisbane.
You will mentor apprentices and uphold Birdon's safety and conduct expectations.
