Ensure continuous quality improvement and maintain a safe, inclusive centre.
Duties
Deliver early learning programs using Reggio Emilia principles.
Document, evaluate, and track individual child progress.
Drive continuous quality improvement aligned with the QIP.
Partner with families to support early child development.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
Skills & experience
Bachelor-level Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration (or eligibility).
Active alignment with Christian faith and Statement of Faith.
Strong NQF and EYLF framework application skills.
Demonstrated ability to build strong family relationships.
You will receive an attractive base salary of circa
$89,200 to $128,471 PLUS Super
