Manufacture high-quality timber and metal doors and louvers for commercial and residential projects
Assemble and adjust components using hand and power tools
Operate beam saws, hand routers, CNC machines, and other machinery
Read and understand workshop drawings
Fabricate profile lengths using bending and cutting machinery
Identify material types and thicknesses
Conduct quality control checks on own work
Complete required paperwork
Report defective goods
Perform basic equipment maintenance
Keep the work area clean and safe
Requirements
Sheet Metal or equivalent work experience
Welding experience
Ability to work within tolerance and ensure product quality
Ability to maintain required production levelsSound written and verbal communication skills
Ability and willingness to follow direction and work independently
Ability to read a tape measure, pressure gauge, level, and square
Ability to complete assigned work within the given timeframe and according to specification
Ability to operate sheet metal machinery and welding equipment
