CSR is seeking an experienced Yard Superintendent for the Exteriors team at the PGH Bricks site in Oxley.
You will lead the Yard and Despatch operations, coaching a frontline team to safely store, dispatch, and deliver products on time, while building a high-performing, accountable culture.
The role is full time, on-site with early hours (6am–2:30pm).
You'll drive performance, safety, and collaboration across Manufacturing, Customer Service, Inventory and Logistics to optimise outcomes.
