Alfabs Engineering & Services, the flagship division of the ASX-listed Alfabs Group, is seeking a Bids & Proposals Manager to lead our estimating function for major projects.
You will own tender strategy, mentor the Estimating Team and collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Commercial leaders to win high-value work.
You'll influence Go/No-Go decisions, develop competitive tender solutions and build solid Tier 1 client relationships while driving revenue and margins.
