Ampcontrol has just implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and we need an experienced finance systems professional who can step in quickly to support our post-go-live period.
This is a critical role focused on stabilising the system, resolving user issues, embedding current finance processes and ensuring our newly implemented F&O; environment runs effectively across the business.
You will work closely with Finance, Digital and Transformation teams to provide urgent hands-on support during this important phase, helping users navigate the new system while strengthening controls, governance, reporting and day-to-day finance operations.
We're open to candidates located anywhere across New South Wales, with occasional travel to our Tomago Head Office required.
This opportunity is available on either a permanent or fixed-term contract basis.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Business Performance Lead, your immediate focus will be providing post-go-live support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
You will troubleshoot issues, support finance users, improve system stability and help ensure the successful adoption of F&O; across Ampcontrol's finance environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide hands-on post-go-live support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, resolving user issues and improving system stability
Partner with Finance, Digital and technical teams to support system improvements, testing, integrations and releases
Maintain finance system controls, workflows, governance, documentation and key configurations
Support financial data integrity,



reporting, analysis and continuous improvement across finance operations
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Strong D365 Finance and Operations experience is essential
Qualifications or equivalent experience in Finance, IT, Data Analytics or a related discipline
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems in a finance environment
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to add value quickly post-implementation
Sound understanding of financial processes, controls, reporting, data structures and stakeholder engagement
Experience with SQL, Power BI, system integrations and change management projects will be highly regarded.
