You will translate the scientific vision from the CSO into actionable milestones, manage the research team, coordinate workstreams and maintain scientific rigour.
You will collaborate with Production on technology transfer, support regulatory submissions, IP development and stakeholder engagement, with a robust emphasis on governance and people leadership.
