Web Publisher
Experis is partnering with a leading organisation to secure an experienced Web Publisher to join a central marketing team supporting one of the institution's key web platforms.
This is an urgent backfill opportunity supporting a busy business-as-usual function responsible for maintaining course and study-related content across a large, enterprise-scale website.
About the Role
Working within a team of five, you will be responsible for publishing, updating and maintaining content across the business website and course database system.
You'll manage requests from stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring content is accurate, accessible and delivered within agreed timeframes.
You'll work closely with another Web Publisher while supporting a broad range of faculties and business areas.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating and updating web pages using an enterprise CMS
Maintaining course database content and associated website information
Managing content requests and updates from stakeholders across the University
Tracking work and providing progress updates through Asana
Ensuring content is published accurately and in line with established templates and standards
Supporting ongoing maintenance and improvement of a large, complex website
About You
You will bring:
Around 3+ years' experience in a Web Publisher, Web Content Editor, Web Content Coordinator or similar role
Strong experience using a Content Management System (CMS)
Experience maintaining content on large, enterprise-level websites
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing multiple requests and competing priorities
Experience working within a large and complex organisation
Desirable Experience
Squiz Matrix
Higher Education, Government or large corporate environments
Asana, Jira or similar workflow management tools
Significant Notes
This is not a developer role.
You will not be configuring CMS platforms or undertaking technical development work.
The focus is on content publishing, content maintenance, stakeholder engagement and managing workflow across a high-volume publishing environment.
