About the Role This quick-paced and dynamic role provides the opportunity to leverage your experience in Defence while playing a key part in maintaining the safety and security of all personnel on-site.
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the security team, ensuring operations run smoothly and effectively.
Your role will involve leading by example, offering top-tier customer service, and maintaining a proactive, professional, and diligent approach at all times.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Lead and supervise the security team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure security measures are in place and safety protocols are followed.
Manage access control and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
Respond to and resolve security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.




Maintain accurate security logs and reports while ensuring compliance with all security regulations and company policies.
Skills experience Experience in Defence /Industry and infrastructure Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence Current First Aid and CPR certificate Open driver's license Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant security systems Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment in all situations Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizen Valid South Australian Security License.
Valid South Australian Driver's License with no restrictions.
NV1 security clearance.
